Basis and Purpose of Establishment

  • Basis of Establishment: Article 50 of the Articles of Association of the Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology
  • Purpose of Establishment: To address current issues of the country and conduct creative research that takes the lead in establishing international standards by securing comprehensive research competence in developing, applying, and commercializing source technologies in the field of ships and offshore plants
