- Abstract
- The ISiMI AUV developed in KORDI (Korea Ocean Research and Development Institute) is a test-bed to develop and validate various algorithms and instruments required to AUV. For the fast experimental feedbacks of the AUV technologies, ISiMI is designed to be a small vehicle enough to cruise in the Ocean Engineering Basin in KORDI and to be handled by on or two persons. In this paper, design and implementation of ISiMI AUV is introduced. A series of test results in Ocean Engineering Basin and the discussions about the results is presented with the comparisons of simulation and experimental output. ? 2007 IEEE.
