- Abstract
- The Electrical Navigational Chart (ENC) includes the hydrographie data like shorelines, depth contour, sounding and AtoN (aids to navigation). Data in the ENC is created from surveyed data of hydrographie surveys, and especially sounding should be extracted for applying it to ENC because it's very dense and copious. The KHOA has sounding compilation guideline for extracting data out of survey drawing, and it goes through the compilation phase and the post-compile verification phase to generate sounding for ENC. But as both compilation and post-compile verification phase is processed manually, more efficient and precise method of assessment for sounding compilation result evaluation is required. This paper is to research on the methodology of evaluating the conformation of compilation regulation for sounding compilation result. Each compiled soundings were triangulated following Delaunay triangulation method, and compare analyzed with the survey drawing's sounding to verify if the sounding conforms to the sounding compilation guideline. ? 2014 IEEE.
