dc.description.abstractWIG (Wing In Ground-effect) crafts are novel type of high speed marine transportation and could be appreciated as crossover between ships and aircrafts. In order to introduce the large cargo-handling WIG Craft into the practical commercial market, domestic/international all the aspect of operational environmental infra viz. regulations, operating infra, commercialization should be accompanied with the design & construction. This paper describes the result of preliminary study on these operational environmental infra for the WIG craft-
