모드 중첩법을 이용한 극한 파랑 중에서의 수직 실린더의 유탄성 응답해석

Abstract

A numerical method for hydroelastic response of a vertical cylinder is developed. Finite element method is applied to fully nonlinear free surface flow problem in the scope of potential flow theory. Vertical cylinder is modelled by a simple beam structure and its elastic motion is analyzed by mode superposition method. Extreme wave is obtained by frequency-focused unidirectional wave. Wave elevation and wave moment are compared with the previous experiment and shows a good agreement. Investigations on characteristics of wave impact load are made by mode superpositoin method.
