dc.description.abstract | This paper describes a remote control and monitoring system for test miner, about inshore 100m depth rate miner and has been developed in MOERI/KORDI in Korea since several years ago. And the inshore performance test is accomplished at East-sea of Korea in this year. The test miner is teleoperating ROV and/or URV which should be self-propelled at seafloor and collected manganese nodule. For remote controlling and monitoring this system, it is composed by the miner control and monitoring system and the surface supplying system. The miner control and monitoring system consisted of some sensors and electronic/electron devices and the surface supplying system is composed for operating the miner system, generators, power VAN, control VAN and LARS and so on. Each systems constitute remote control and monitoring system of test miner for inshore performance test. | - |
