OTDR 광섬유 센서를 이용한 수중 케이블의 곡률 모니터링에 관한 실험적 연구

Abstract

In this paper, we suggest the idea of monitoring the curvature of tether cable using an optical time domain reflectometer (OTDR) and some results which were derived from experiments. Using suggested sensing system, adding a projection-shaped tube to the fiber optic line, the deformation degree of cable can be monitored in one operation of OTDR.
