Abstract

Axial vibration analysis is very important for deep-seabed minging system. In this study, axial vibration analysis of a marine umbilical cable is carried out to estimate natural frequencies and maximun tensions of umbilical cable operating system using experimental data obtained the first pre-pilot mining test.system using experimental data obtained the first pre-pilot mining test.
