dc.description.abstract | This paper describes the target tracking algorithm of ship in marine environment by using LIDAR (LIght Detection And Ranging). Through preprocessing of clustering the point cloud, the center point can be obtained from the cloud. Target tracking is carried out by using the center points of targets. This paper describes track initiation and track elimination. Tracking filter is constructed to track maneuvering target in cluttered environment.
