dc.description.abstract | Fatigue of maritime workers had been regarded as a potential cause of marine accident or a factor that contributed to human errors. However a recent related study figured out that fatigue of maritime workers closely affected practicing a job and is one of main causes to bring human errors. So, whether to consider human factors on maritime field or not is becoming an object of interest. It is known that in general fatigue occurs by complicated causes rather than one cause. The method to measure such fatigue is various and measurement tools academically developed can not be proper for maritime workers to directly use them. Accordingly, this study let maritime workers measure their own fatigue and job stress and to efficiently manage this, we suggest to develop convenient program based on Smart phone application.ob and is one of main causes to bring human errors. So, whether to consider human factors on maritime field or not is becoming an object of interest. It is known that in general fatigue occurs by complicated causes rather than one cause.
