- Abstract
- 본 논문은 해상 네트워크 기술을 활용한 선박과 육상간의 자동화, 표준화 그리고 일원화 된 정보 교환을 위해 선박의 전자항만통관을 위한 ISO 28005 표준을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 선박에 필수적으로 비치되어야 하는 증서 및 문서 중 국제안전관리규약(ISM Code)에서 요구하는 안전관리적합증서(DOC) 및 선박안전관리증서(SMC)의 전자화를 위한 XML 스키마를 정의한다. 향후, 해상 VHF 디지털 통신을 활용하여 선박의 입출항 간소화를 위한 서비스를 개발할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.
