dc.description.abstract | The mixed-flow pump is the core element of the waterjet propulsion which have been applied largely in high-speed craft. This study presents the test & analysis processes using a pump experimental device which is installed in the test section of the KRISO cavitation tunnel and performance prediction process using commercial CFD code. For the present study, the performance of experimental device is examined, two mixed-flow pumps are designed at the different design condition, and experimental models are manufactured for single performance test. Predicted single performance results agree fairly well with experimental data. The test and prediction methods presented herein can be used efficiently for waterjet propulsion development with good performance. | - |
