dc.description.abstractA submersible fish cage system, which is using a spar buoy to perform sinking and floating function, had been developed. Buoyancy of the spar buoy is controled by compressed air to have improved stability of sinking and floating of system. Circular and rectangular shaped submersible fish cages had been considered to investigate the performance of sinking and floating function of the submersible fish cage. A series of model tests had been conducted to verify the stability of sinking and floating function at the ocean engineering basin of MOERI/KORDI.-
