dc.description.abstract | QFD (Quality Function Deployment) is applied to design a crusher of deep sea manganese nodules miner system in order to satisfy customer requirements of the crusher. Customers for a crusher are identified as final user, CEO of a deepsea mining company, slurry transport team and etc. CAs (Customer Attributes) which satisfies the customer requirements are refined in the view of dissatisfier, satisfier and delighter. The customer importance rating is performed by our crusher design team. CTQs (Critical to Qualities) are chosen in engineering expression. Finally, the relationship matrix of HOQ (House Of Quality) are constructed and priority order among CTQs is determined. This study is performed as a first step of DFSS(Design For Six Sigma) to identify customer requirements. | - |
