| dc.description.abstract | 지리정보시스템(GIS)는 수많은 자연 환경 모니터링과 관리를 위한 중요한 기술로 인식되고 활용되고 있다. 해양 GIS 애플리케이션의 대표적인 사례가 될 수 있는 ESI(Environmental Sensitivity Index)는 기름 유출 사고로 인한 피해를 받기 쉬운 해안의 자원과 방제에 관련된 정보를 지도에 표시하고 방제 계획 수립과 대응을 위한 의사 결정을 지원한다. 본 연구에서는 우선 ESI 분류 체계를 정의하고 유출유 민감도를 맵핑하기 위한 기본 공간 데이터베이스를 구축하고 국내 방제 업무 환경에 맞는 ESI 지원 시스템을 GIS 기술을 활용하여 구축하였다. GIS 개발 기술을 적용하여 방제 결정자가 기름 유출 사고시 필요한 정보를 용이하게 조회하고 방제 대응을 할 수 있도록 방제 업무에 최적화된 ESI 전용 조회 프로그램을 개발하였다. | - |
