dc.description.abstractWIG (Wing In Ground-effect) crafts are novel type of high speed marine transportation and could be appreciated as crossover between ships and aircrafts. In order to introduce the large cargo-handling WIG Craft into the practical commercial market, international agreement should be made prior to the real operation. The operational regulations should be accompanied with the design & construction.
