dc.description.abstractA deep-seabed manganese nodule miner system is excavating and transporting system of manganese nodules from deep seafloor. The system is controlled remotely because the miner excavates manganese nodule in deep-seabed. And the system is operated for controlling and monitoring the miner in real-time because the miner that is operated on extremely soft cohesive soil is needed to control slip. Therefore, this system needs remote real-time operating system. In this paper, real-time operating program for a control and monitoring of the deep-seabed manganese nodule miner system is designed and developed using PXI and LabVIEW real-time OS. This real-time operating program is developed for an efficient test in a near seabed area.-
