dc.description.abstract | In this paper, the reefer container monitoring system in real-time which could monitor the state of reefer container at remote place was described. The state and alarm of reefer container must be checked at open storage yard, cargo tank at ship and cargo trailer in real-time. We developed the reefer container monitoring system in real-time using 2.4GHz radio communication, especially Zigbee, and PLC(power line communication) with Zigbee-PLC interface module in duplex. The acquired data could be moved to wheel house at ship, control room at open storage yard and crews who carry some PDA(personal digital assistants) so that the system can cope with some fault of reefer container immediately. | - |
