dc.description.abstractFor development of the driving system moving on tidal flat of the fragile and poor condition, in this paper the model is manufactured and the performance test is achieved on the artificial soil. To verify the performance of driving system, the model vehicle with both the driving system of 90% scale of the real and the power transmission system is manufactured. And the artificial soil which is the mixture of bentonite and water is formed to two types : rather soft soil(about 7kPa) and very soft soil(about 2kPa). In the rather soft soil. the channel which the size is depth 0.7m and width 1m is prepared. From the results of performance test on the two types soil, the problems of the proposed driving system are analyzed. To solve the problems, the reformation plan and its detail design are presented.-
