dc.description.abstract | The tracked vehicle of deep-seabed manganese nodules crawls on cohesive soft soil. It is difficult to directly the test of dynamic response of tracked vehicle on soft soil. Computer numerical analysis program is used to design tracked vehicle. This paper concerns about modeling of relationship between soft-soil and tracks. Data of soft soil being used in numerical simulation are evaluated through experiment of track segment. However it is very difficult to evaluate sinkage and traction forces every time. In this paper, the formula of relationship between soil data of vane test and its track segment experiment is derived. Soil data through shear vane test instead of track segment experiment is used to numerical simulation. | - |
