dc.description.abstractThis study adopted the concept of Extent Analysis Method based on Fuzzy theory, which leads efficient making by alleviating vagueness of human decision making. Also, this study suggests the new criteria for considering mutual relativity in AHP by using limiting probability theory based in Markov Chains. This method can be applied to select realistic optimum alternatives by considering both relative importance and correlation degree of the criteria.-
