| dc.description.abstract | 뚝지는 동해안의 대표적 냉수성어종으로 깊은 곳에 서식하다 겨울철 산란을 위해 연안으로 이동하며, 쥐노래미는 대표적인 연안정착성 어종이다. 두 어종 모두 겨울철 연안에서 번식하며 부가가치가 높아 종묘생산 대상종으로 선호하고 있으나, 봄철 수온상승기에 대량으로 폐사가 발생하거나 방류시기와 방류크기가 한정되어(뚝지 3~4월 1.5cm이상, 쥐노래미 3~6월 5cm 이상) 시기를 놓친 치어는 피할 수 없이 다음 방류적기까지 월하를 할 수 밖에 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해양심층수의 저온성을 이용하여 뚝지와 쥐노래미 대형종묘를 대상으로 월하가능성을 판단하는 연구를 수행하였다. | - |
