dc.description.abstractOperational application of oil spill prediction model based on Korea Operational Oceanographic System (KOOS) was studied in this research. With the oil spill predic-tion model, oil spill response supporting system was developed. In this system, oil dis- tribution on the sea and the shoreline, oil weathering process, environmental sensitivity index (ESI) map, and the information of the response resources are provided respective-ly or altogether to support the efficient response strategy.-
