dc.description.abstract | We propose an efficient and accurate vision based recognition and tracking framework for texture free objects. We approached this problem with a two phased algorithm: detection phase and tracking phase. The proposed framework is validated with real image data sets. Besides, the method is compared with few other well-known methods, and the corresponding test results are quantitatively reported in the paper. Lastly, we present a performance comparison of the proposed method for turbidity changes against SIFT algorithm. | - |
