dc.description.abstractCurrent beacon-based differential GPS reference station and integrity monitor (RSIM) systems consist of a reference station (RS), integrity monitor (IM), and control station (CS). However, this dated system lacks the adaptability to accommodate equipment changes, new signals, new functionalities, and new services. The first step in preparing for the future DGNSS services was to port current RTCM SC-104 compatible RSIM functionality onto an open architecture PC-based platform. The next generation DGPS architecture was defined by engineers at the U.S. Coast Guard Command and Control Center (C2CEN) to achieve this goal. This enhanced system can overcome adaptability to enhance the system that will be sufficiently flexible in hardware and software design to support fluid growth compatible with legacy user receivers and existing site hardware and system architecture. Therefore, as the next study for the software DGNSS RSIM development, the final goal of this paper is to develop an integrated DGNSS augmentation system, but focused on the generation of differential corrections and integrity information based on GPS/GLONASS. It first designs the integrated GPS/GLONASS augmentation system based on the architecture of software-based DGPS RSIM. Then, it proposes a method to generate the GPS/GLONASS differential corrections. Finally, it compares position accuracy. This verified the proposed system-
