Solar flares have an 11-year cycle and release a large amount of energy that may produce coronal mass ejection. A strong solar flare can disturb a global positioning system, including various communications of TV, and radio broadcasting because it brings an ionospheric delay anomaly in ionosphere according to the change of total electron contents. This paper proposed a detection algorithm for the ionosphere delay anomaly during a solar storm using multi-reference stations. A simulation test was implemented and a proposed detection algorithm was applied to analyze the logged data.-
