dc.description.abstractThis paper proposes the improved time delay estimation method for underwater sound detection, including enhanced output signal of an acoustic sound generator to reduce the impact of multipath and noise. The proposed method lead to small estimation errors. The simulation results confirm that the proposed method outperforms the General Cross Correlation (GCC).-
