dc.description.abstract | Recently, the renewable resources have emerged because of the environmental problems and the depletion of fossil fuel. Seawater is one of the renewable resources and has the possibility of applying it as SWAC, OTEC, tidal power and wave power. Particularly in case of our country, Korea, a favorable condition for introducing cooling/heating system using ocean energy is provided as it is surrounded by the oceans in 3 sides. In this study, we selected the ice rink stadium as our application method of cooling system using seawater. The results of the study will show utilization and ways of improving seawater cooling system. power.
