dc.description.abstract | Deep-sea pressure vessel is required to protect internal equipment from the high external pressure. Thus, watertight and structural stability must be considered for the pressure vessel design. In this study, pressure vessel is cylinder type that consists of a hollow cylinder and plat cover plate. For communication with the internal electronic equipment, holes should be bored on the cover plate to place connectors. Considering the type of internal equipment and connector specifications, multiple holes can be required. This can affect the structural stability of the pressure vessel. In this paper, the optimal design of holes arrangement that considering the structural stability of the cover plate was performed. | - |
