S service is not always reliable to users as the signal is sometimes vulnerable according to certain atmospheric anomaly such as an ionosphere storm or severe weather conditions. This paper proposed an atmospheric anomaly concept in multi-reference stations environment. It has also proposed a detection algorithm of anomalous satellite affected by the atmospheric anomaly. Four stations’ live data were gathered and simulated atmospheric anomaly conditions were applied on certain reference station’s data as the atmospheric anomaly does not occur frequently in real world. The proposed detection algorithm was successfully implemented to find out the anomalous satellites that applied some atmospheric anomaly conditions on certain reference station. Results showed that the algorithm is more likely to define an anomalous satellite which has a low elevation angle compared to other satellites. This is due to the characteristics of the mapping function that was used in the detection algorithm.multi-reference stations environment.
