dc.description.abstract | Infrared signature of a naval ship is highly dependent not only on the marine climates but also its operating conditions and design results. In this paper, marine climate data obtained from meterological buoy is analyzed and sample conditions for ships IR signature analysis has been drawn out using the principal component analysis method.
