dc.description.abstractTo reduce carbon dioxide, geological injection is carried out around the world. The injection and storage technologies have been developed in the global society. However most of the previous studies handled supercritical carbon dioxide transport and injection. The objective of the present study is to analyze the feasibility of liquid carbon dioxide injection. Generally, the density of liquid state is higher than that of supercritical state. That makes it easy to handle a huge amount of carbon dioxide. On the other hand, injection of liquid carbon dioxide should overcome some complex challenges. In this study fluid flow and heat transfer of liquid carbon dioxide injection was numerically analyzed.transport and injection.
