dc.description.abstract | Despite continued development of technologies for mass production of NGHP, lots of problems still remained. Especially in shipping, unloading and re-gasification process have lots of issues to be considered. In case of bulk carrier type NGHP carriers, plugging among NGHPs and slow down cargo working time for regasification are main issues. In addition, in the regasification process, lots of chemical contained hot water required. And the water should be purified before disposal. New rules and standards for NGHP carriers is also a problem since each stakeholders have different understanding. From this, an alternative design concept for NGHP carriers has been achieved. | - |
