dc.description.abstract | To study the characteristics of the float-over installation, the hydrodynamic interaction between multi-body is inevitable. The potential flow is introduced to investigate the hydrodynamic interaction between multi-body. The effects of existence of the multi-body interaction, the docking distance and the artificial damping are investigated within the frequency domain approach. And also to see the effect of the fender and leg mating unit(LMU) on the interaction, the simplified modeling of them are introduced and these simulation are conducted in time domain.tence of the multi-body interaction, the docking distance and the artificial damping are investigated within the frequency domain approach.
