dc.description.abstract | Since 2005, Owners of Offshore Platforms operated in more than 25 years are started to determine whether life extension or decommission over the computing remained life. Classification companies like DNV-GL, ABS are strengthening both Engineering service and software with the expectation for the expansion of the market according to the rule by Regulatory. To solve these issue of the life time management for Offshore Platforms used for each life is different and the degradation or deterioration load speed is different depending on your environment. This study elucidates the trend of life time management in Oil & Gas Industry, especially Offshore Platform, introducing Condition based maintenance system to integrate information related to diagnosis, assessment, prognosis and maintenance for the offshore platform’s state on the basis of ICT convergence technology.eering service and software with the expectation for the expansion of the market according to the rule by Regulatory.
