dc.description.abstractThe International Maritime Organization (IMO) has recognized that systemic consideration and research associated with human elements for the safe navigation of ships were often required. The usability of navigational equipment based on user demands becomes a significant issue on the e-navigation field. Although many assessment and evaluation methods of usability has introduced in various fields, there is room for improvement. To this end, the primary objective of this paper is to propose a new checklist and a questionnaire to the usability assessment of the AR-based navigation information system. demands becomes a significant issue on the e-navigation field.
