dc.description.abstract | This paper focuses on the performance assessment of port position, navigation, and timing (PNT) monitoring system for integrity monitoring and reliability level provision in order to support fail-safe navigation of ships. After installation of the developed PNT monitoring system at a Port, it calculates the quality monitoring and horizontal protection level (HPL) of PNT signals at user aspect, and also assesses the integrity using the relation of alert limit (AL) and position error (PE). The system provides the results of reliability level determination based on the quality monitoring and the integrity assessment on Port PNT signals to user navigation receiver.
