dc.description.abstract | Inverse design methods using 3D scanner were developed in design, analysis and quality inspection of products. 3D scanner was used such as making of drawing for product without drawing, comparison of product with drawing and extraction of free form surface in field of machine, vehicle, aviation and marine. However, existing research is aimed to the error correction of the product. Suitable experimental procedure is necessary to identify the precision of 3D scanner. Therefore, in this research, experimental procedure is established using other types of 3D scanner and method for a quantitative verification of 3D scanner is proposed by analysis of scanners properties. free form surface in field of machine, vehicle, aviation and marine.
