| dc.description.abstract | 해상교통관제 업무는 해상교통 상황에 대한 지속적인 관찰과 주의를 요해 업무 피로가 크고, 긴급상황 등 예외 상황 발생 시, 추가 인력의 도움없이 전 관제 구역에 대한 양질의 관제를 유지하기 어려운 문제점이 있다. 이에 시스템 차원의 관제사 업무 지원을 통해 관제사의 상황인지 부하 저감 및 오류를 최소화하고, 최적의 의사결정 지원 및 표준화된 관제 서비스 지원이 가능하도록 VTS 관제맥락정보를 활용하는 방안에 대해 연구 및 소개한다. | - |
