dc.description.abstractIn this study, a scenario and considerable subjects on the ship-to-ship LNG transfer process are investigated. Firstly, vessels involved in this process are clearly defined and the mooring system of FLBT is indicated. The environmental conditions for the operational limit are chosen with the consideration on measured data from one of the installation candidates. Several items on risk assessment are listed in general aspects, location-specific aspects and process aspects. Finally, the scenario on loading/unloading process is determined which is divided in FLBT case and LNGC/LNG BS case.-
