dc.description.abstractIn this study, the dynamic analyses are carried out for assesment about the mating operation in irregular waves. The dynamic analyses are performed at various load transfer stages, also various irregular waves and heading angles are considered. In theses conditions, the dynamic hoisting wire tensions and the dynamic LMU’s forces are investigated according to the load transfer stages. As a results, it can be found that the dynamic hoisting wire tensions and the LMU’s forcesare increased with increasing the peak periods in headsea condition and the dynamic effects are largest near the load transfer 50%.-
