| dc.description.abstract | GPS로 대두되는 위성항법시스템(GNSS)의 재밍 신호에 대한 취약성을 극복하기 위하여, 지상파 기반의 항법시스템인 eLoran 시스템에 대한 기술개발을 수행하고 있다. 현재 국제로란협회(ILA)의 eLoran 정의문건에 의하면, eLoran 서비스의 측위 정확도 요구성능은 8-20미터 정확도이며, 이를 충족하기 위하여 dLoran 시스템 구축을 통한 eLoran 보정정보 서비스가 병행되어야만 요구성능의 충족이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 eLoran 서비스 관점에서의 IMO의 HEA 요구성능과 ILA의 요구성능을 분석하고, 요구성능을충족시키기 위한 오차요소 분석, 기술적 한계 및 그 극복방안에 대해 살펴본다. | - |
