Offshore plant structure is transported and installed generally by splitting it into topside and support structure. After support structure is installed, topside structure is done on support one. While support structure could be transported by using its buoyancy, topside is transferred by transfer vessel. Since transfer vessel is in ocean environmental conditions, topside on transfer vessel is affected by vessel motion as well as environment. To predict damage of topside, seafasten is installed between transfer vessel and topside. In this work, the analyses for vessel, seafasten and topside are performed by using two analysis methods which are boundary condition(BC) transfer method and coupled analysis. By conducting the analyses, motions of transfer vessel, loads on topside and stresses on seafasten are assessed. These results are compared with those of simplified computation which use design motion by spectral analytic methods.-
