dc.description.abstractPollutions form Exhaust gas from vessel is causing serious problem in human health and it is reported that some people has died from that reasons. So, it is strongly needed to set up a policy to reduce ship emission. The International Maritime Organization (IMO) may conclude in October this year for enforcing the regulation which is reinforcing sulphur contents of marine oil to 0.5% from 3.5% in global water in 2020. There are 3 ways to deal with reinforcement of sulphur contents of Marine oil. When the sulfur content of ship fuel oil is tightened, shipping companies can choose one of the following solutions such as scrubber, low sulphur fuel and gas fuel. In the selection of the shipping company, they should consider to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with the Paris climate agreement. This situation is giving a more competitiveness to LNG as a marine fuel. There FLBT the technology is being developed for LNG bunkering of LNG fueled ship. FLBT technology can be commercialized when there is sufficient initial demand of LNG. We are expecting that small scale LNG bunkering technology is required until the LNG demand is secured to 800 Kilo-ton and FLBT business is possible over the demand of it.-
