dc.description.abstractThis paper concerns about the development of test bed to evaluation reliability and durability of arctic marine plant equipment. The equipment could have malfunction and failure by environmental factors such as low temperature and ice. Many times and costs need for maintenance of the broken equipment due to special environment. KRISO(Korea Research Institute of Ships and Ocean Engineering) is constructing TCOPI(Technology Center for Offshore Plant Industries) in Geoje. The arctic marine test bed will be built for performance test of arctic marine plant equipment, analysis of failure mode and research of improvement method In TCOPI.-
