| dc.description.abstract | 해상 유통되는 HNS 중 유해액체물질의 사고관리를 위해 위해성 정보를 기반으로 118개 물질의 관리 우선순위를 선정하고, 스크린 기준을 마련하여 4개의 우선순위 물질군(0~3순위)로 구분하였다. 0순위 물질군(26종)을 대상으로 항만별 유통현황을 평가해 본결과, 특정 항만에 특정 물질이 집중되는 특징을 보이므로 항만별 사고대비 전략수립의 차별화가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. 또한, HNS 위해성 DB상 부재 자료가 많은 해양생물 독성자료를 지속적으로 보완, 갱신, 생산하여 우선순위선정시스템의 불확도를 줄이고 HNS 사고관리 우선순위 물질 선정결과의 신뢰성을 제고해야 할 것으로 판단된다. | - |
