| dc.description.abstract | 주요 항만에서 운영 중인 선박교통관제서비스(VTS, Vessel Traffic Service)는 항만의 안전 또는 항만운영의 효율성 제고를 목적으로 하고 있다. 각 관제센터는 대상 구역을 설정하고 구역 내에서 운항하는 선박을 모니터링하며, 일반적으로 관제 구역을 2개또는 3개의 섹터로 구분하여 관제업무를 수행하고 있다. 이러한 관제구역은 관련 법령에 따라 정해지며, 이를 위해 여러 가지 안전 요소들을 종합적으로 평가하여 구역 설정에 반영한다. 본 논문에서는 관제 구역 및 섹터를 결정하기 위한 정량적인 지표로 중심점(centroid) 정보를 활용하는 방법을 제안하며, 이를 바탕으로 목포항의 관제 데이터를 분석하고, 그 결과를 기술한다. | - |
