dc.description.abstract | A moored buoy can be installed to gain various information like environmental data and seismic wave signal. The analysis for the taut moored buoys was performed in the condition of various sea states and current velocities. The comparison was performed for the response of east buoy and west buoy. The evaluation for stability was performed for the pitch motion of a floater, the anchor reaction force and the relative air gap of a equipment which is installed surface buoy. The effects of wave and current were reviewed. The west buoy and the east buoy was less sensitive to current and wave, respectively. The effects of buoyancy of a floater were also studied. The buoyancy of a floater affects the anchor reaction force. The submergence of the surface buoy in west buoy can be happened in Highest Astronomical Tide(HAT). Additional study will be performed to satisfy the stability of a taut moored buoy considering the environmental conditions at each seas. | - |
