| dc.description.abstract | 오늘날 국내 HNS 화물의 물동량 증가와 더불에 HNS 해양사고는 지속적으로 발생 중이다. 그러나, 기존 개발된 HNS 위험도 지도는 과거 확률, 통계 데이터에 의존하여 고정된 지도 표시 방식이며, 현재 실시간 입력되는 데이터를 기반으로 하는 HNS 해양사고리스크 평가 기술/기법 부재 및 그에 따른 리스크 시뮬레이션도 어려운 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 사용자가 실시간으로 HNS 위험성을 평가할 수 있고 그러한 위험성을 시각적으로 디스플레이하는 동적 HNS Risk Chart 설계, 구축 위한 연구를 수행하였다. | - |
