dc.description.abstractIn order to integrate heavy top-side structure and fixed jacket type structure on the sea, it is necessary to perform load-out, sea transportation(using by DTV) and float-over for top-side, which is called as pre-service engineering. However, In the domestic engineering industry, the pre-service engineering for float-over method has not been clearly established, and also does not have the practicable guidelines. In this regard, this study is carried out the pre-service engineering for each stage of float-over operation such as hydro-dynamic/static stability and structural integrity check at load-out stage, motion analysis considering sea condition at sea transportation stage and temporary mooring analysis including ballasting calculation at float-over stage. Based on this pre-service engineering study, It provides a realistic technology for pre-service engineering to perform float-over operation of heavy top-side.-
